The Everyday Muse
Editorial Policy
Useful inspiration should leave you with more than a saved picture. The Everyday Muse aims to explain the small decisions behind an outfit, hairstyle or manicure so you can adapt the idea to your own life.
Original context comes first
Published articles should contain original explanations, practical alternatives and clear context for the reader. Reposting a series of embeds with little commentary is not our intended editorial format. Reference material helps illustrate an idea; it does not replace the publisher’s own contribution.
Creator credit and visual references
When an article uses a public Instagram embed, it should credit the original creator and retain a link to the source. We respect embedding restrictions and do not use this feature to scrape, download or claim ownership of creator media. A creator’s appearance in a reference does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
The current category artwork is AI-generated editorial imagery created for this design. It illustrates a topic and is not presented as a real editor portrait, a product test or a specific creator’s work.
Accuracy and experience
Titles and descriptions should reflect what a guide actually contains. Publishers should check names, credits, links, dates and material claims before publication. First-hand experience, professional qualifications and product testing must be described only when they can be supported.
We do not invent a stylist biography or publish unsupported promises about results. Hair and nail guides are inspiration and general discussion; individual services and health concerns may need a qualified professional.
Commercial transparency
If a future article contains affiliate links, a paid placement or a gifted product, the relationship should be disclosed clearly near the relevant content. Advertising should be distinguishable from editorial material and should not obscure navigation, imitate article controls or encourage accidental clicks. This preview currently serves no ads.
Corrections and updates
Send correction requests with the article URL, the specific passage and supporting information through Contact. The publisher should assess the request, correct material errors and note significant updates where appropriate.
The current preview
Articles marked “Demo edit” are sample content used to demonstrate the local site. They remain excluded from search and must be replaced or removed before the public publication and any AdSense application. These starting policies also need review against the publisher’s real identity and operations.
